In this Design, We look at the user family to experience comfort, liveliness, and peace through our design and the conscious elements put into it, making it both a positive environment and a good-looking entity.

The Bungalow design is anticipated with VASTU and CLIMATE as key features. The external spaces act as a barrier safeguarding the internal  Spaces from the heat also making the space serene and livable.

Balconies and toilets are designed to act as a barrier between private spaces and direct sunlight. We strongly believe in Sustainable design and materials, Keeping that in mind, bricks are our first choice every time. Brick and RCC have been our signature materials, For making every design sustainable and modern.

The RCC elements have been designed to act as a canopy to the windows and balconies. As per the Vastu,  internal spaces have been designed on point while keeping climate and clients’ needs in mind.

Every element in the elevation acts as a functional element Conveying the well-said phrase, “Form follows function”. Every space has sufficient openings on all sides for Generous airflow and natural lighting into the building creating a Charged and illuminated space.

 The extended RCC elements interpret as a canopy for the balconies giving the bungalow a definite form and creating a balance between the vertical panels and horizontal roof slabs.

The puja room is fully highlighted with no roof over it covered with toughened glass keeping the religious space naturally lighted.
